Music is my way to Mama.

Eversince I was a child, music has been a part of my life and the guru that helps me develop my potential is my mother.

I have experienced joining various signing contests which I garnered the first prize and few consolation prizes. I even traveled to various places just to join the contest and if I win or have the place, this prompts me to purchase food for my family and for us to have food on the table that day.

It is my Mama who show the best in me. She taught me how to make variation of voices as we have our voice lessons, how to make a pose on the stage and the proper way to hold the microphone, etc. She is my strict teacher but I have learned a lot from her.

Way back in the year 2004, she died of a cancer. This downs me, neglecting my love of music. Now I don't have that voice like Celine Dion and Mariah Carey anymore.

But when I want to remember my Mama, I just strum my guitar and I sing even from the top of my lungs with tears falling on my face.

Indeed, mother knows best and everyday, I never cease the rhythm of music to come my way because this is the worthy road, remembering the great, loving and caring Mama that I ever had.

I miss you, Mama!
