Bow Ties with Sausage and Sweet Peppers

Eating this kind of food is a diet to my appetite. In fact, whenever I want to eat in little amount, I consider this kind of food. I like it really. This is how to prepare them.

* 8 ounces dried bow tie pasta
* 3/4 pound fresh spicy Italian sausage links
* 2 medium sweet peppers, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
* 1/2 cup vegetable broth or beef broth
* 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return pasta to pan. Meanwhile, cut sausages into 1-inch pieces. Cook sausage and sweet pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat until sausage is brown. Drain off fat.
2. Add broth and black pepper to skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Toss pasta with sausage mixture. Makes 4 servings.
