The Marvel's "The Avenger" is incredibly such an action movie that in every scene erases boredom for the next detail will surely give you the focus to fully listen to every word that the story of this movie is all about.

It is directed by Joss Whedon and stars like  Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Clark Gregg, Cobie Smulders, Stellan Skarsgard and Samuel L. Jackson are the main casts who are indeed great in leading their roles. 


A group was formed to unite and fight the battle in order to protect the earth against the enemy. This movie is such a great one!

Fabulous Miley Cyrus at BMA's 2012

Miley Cyrus stands among the crowds in "pantsless" white, all white, in fact.

That plunging neckline, she looks pretty amazing. And the hair suits the whole attire. She looks really fresh and endearingly stunning.

Pumping up the volume of her shorter hair with those muted pink gloss, it is all perfect. But what I have noticed with her hair as I oftentime see that style is of Adele. But anyway, she is really cool and I think that Miley Cyrus is now mature with her fashionistic style. 

Lady Gaga: Regarding the Philippines

Lady Gaga is set to have concerts in May 21 and 22 in the Philippines, but she was warned to tone down her show in the said country for the people find her extremely bold, in nudity, having lewd conduct and in blasphemy. 

It was her song "Judas" which the Filipino doesn't like because of the mocks and blasphemes of the name and person of our Lord Jesus Christ. It has been viewed that most of the people in the Philippines are Roman Catholics and Christians which their religion is part of their big aspect in recognizing and honoring Lord Jesus Christ. 

I have seen the video of Lady Gaga's "Judas" and I was totally insulted by the whole thing because as a Roman Catholic, Lady Gaga should not have make such a song, such a concept that triggered to hate her for being so malicious and indecent of other people's culture and mostly the people's religion. She should act appropriately. 

I strongly believe that before an artist puts herself to fame, he should have embrace humanity and all that interest people in a pleasant view and not in the mere sense of showing to contradict and finds war in the masterpiece that he will be making. Considering that I am a Filipino, I do believe in God. And here comes Lady Gaga's "Judas" and all her not good acts on stage and even in videos, I can tell that in order to be famous is not to ruin nor harm what other people respected and believed. Remember, that part of what we believe are our rich culture and we preserve that until forever. 

A true artist knows how to respect the culture of every person. It doesn't mean to say that when you are an artist, you can put everything in a masterpiece. Everything that what clings to your mind maliciously in order that you will become more famous and the people will embrace your music. When it comes to religion, we, Filipinos are sensitive and serious in that thing. 

I don't really get what Lady Gaga think about going into making such a song and those not good videos which speculates more discussions and arguments. It is not being famous here and getting the big money. It is more on respect no matter where you may be. 

People do have different perspective but such kind of putting religion at risk is not some kind of respect. I think it is a good idea that Lady Gaga should be banned here in the Philippines. For me, I was totally hurt of her. I prefer Adele to be here in the Philippines than her. 

Hope Lady Gaga gets a lesson on this. Philippines is not ignorant for such a show as Lady Gaga. Philippines can't afford to see live the inappropriate ways for we preserve to live with what we believe in the Divine Power of God and it is in our culture that we are not that type of persons who just merely take time to waste just to ruin the beliefs that we, Filipinos, ones have.

After many years of struggling to forget my painful past about love, I never thought that I could feel love again, in admiration.

It is so hard to be in this feeling, the kind of nature that hides and hopes that he is also feeling the same way too. All falls in just an admiration for I know that we can't be. He has a girlfriend.

I am admiring someone but I think it is just that. He is so humorous and great. I can feel the goodness of his heart even though others can't see it. But I have seen that he is extraordinarily unique among the others. He got the crowds laugh and brings humor in the class. That part of him I admire the most. But it is all in there. It will be just there. I will just hide this feeling because I know it will go no good for the one I felt love is having a girlfriend. I don't want to steal that moment of them. I am not that type of person.

It all started when I have my Health Education subject and he is my classmate. At first, I never got eyes on him for I know that he is just like passing by. But as moments go on with our class, everytime I saw him, I feel that there is something that I feel for him. It's an admiration, a crush or somewhat love. Then, there I go thinking, "How lucky you are if you are my boyfriend for I am a woman who treasures life and love." That part is just words. There is no actualization of meanings on it. How can I possibly have him where in fact, he has already his girlfriend.

I left myself be in silence. I let myself in prayer that I could surpass this kind of feeling because I am just hurting myself. He is just part of my memories, a part of my life that seems just there but it passes or just goes away. I couldn't steal that moment to be with him because I show barriers of myself for the fact that I don't want to ruin their relationship. This sort of admiration is hiding. I am just happy seeing him happy and okay.

We are actually of the same group. There was a moment that we do our activity and I was the one formulating the concepts, then there he comes as the main attraction of the crowds.

I am so happy in that moment that we both are communicating. But after that and now, we don't see and communicate each other again.

Now that our Health Education class is ending, I hope that I could see him again in the campus. I hope that we could be classmates but I think it is so impossible. And that time, I will surely feel the kind of hurt because I will surely see his girlfriend and him holding hands while passing by.

Only if he knew...Hope to see him again.

What is Health Education all about?

To be able to educate ourselvs from preventing illnesses and diseases, Health Education plays a major role in this field. Health Education is not about merely talking about us being healthy but it is a means to do something about one's health status in order to acquire a healthy body, a healthy you.

Health promotion and disease prevention are tow purposes which embrace the atmosphere of Health Education. How one lives in a healthy lifestyle, one's family history, the risk factors which relate to prevention of diseases and other health care professionals inform everyone in the community, to their family or to the patient, the ways of prevention and the solution to their health problems in accordance to their desired limits and areas of concern in providing care.

 Health Education teaches everyone to continue living in a healthy behaviors. It demonstrates, gives examples, clarifies and even soothes to share ways of avoiding and reducing the life threatening situations that might trigger the health of a person. It concerns in providing health information, products and services to accessibly cater the needs of the masses on how to use them properly for effective efficacy. It simply understands cultures and its norms in terms of providing professional health services that does not harm. It collaborates with the media and technology to further enhance its study to actively take part for more better solutions to health problems by making the public aware. It is not selfishly sustaining in its own but rather, it propagates an extra mile of cares and concerns selflessly for generation to generations. 

Relationship between Education and Health to Affect Learning Behavior.

In my Health Education subject, my teacher posed this questions that stirs me to answer because my enthusiasm calls for my zest of answering the question.

The questions is: How does relationship between education and health affect behaviors?

The interrelationship of education and health plays a major role in changing the behavior of the learners or the patient. Through teaching, they will be informed on the proper things that they will do in order to attain a healthy  body and mind.

Polya's Method of Problem Solving

My Physics teacher taught us, her students in Physics I subject, about deriving at a solution that is indeed easy, constructive and not confusing. One of the way that she is teaching us is how to solve problem based on George Polya's Method in Problem Solving.

She told us that when you encounter problem solving, always, first, look for the GIVEN. In here, you are going to list all the given facts indicated in the problem solving statement so that you will know what are you going to solve. Second, you will indicate what is being ASKED. You should analyze carefully the given problem so that you can arrive at the point main thing that you are going to find. Third, as you have now gathered the information on what is given and being asked, it is now time for you to SOLVE the problem. Of course, you need to follow certain formulas so that you can arrive at the right answer. Be sure to analyze carefully what is the problem so that you will not have a mistake in solving them. Remember that problem solving is very sensitive part because you really have to fix and make certain all the information so that you will come up with the correct answer.

After getting the right answer, it is of course, important that you have to CHECK your answer based on the formula by filling in what is being asked with the precise answer. If the answer is right as you rechecked it, then you are arriving at a correct answer, then so, if not, then you should go back to the process again in deriving at a solution.

That is why, problem solving is a very delicate process. You need to be exact because each process has something to do with the other process. If in the solution, you are making slight mistakes in solving, then, you need to go back again from the very beginning of the process until you can come up with the correct answer. Anyway, RE-CHECKING is very necessary too for you to come up with really the correct answer.

Colton Dixon is eliminated

The American Idol is one of my favorite show. Because of the singing, the love of music and the singing styles of each contestants, that I gotten into loving American Idol as I do love to sing as well. I found the connection of the show to me as an ordinary singer.

From the very start of this show, I am already a fan. I have remembered Kelly Clarkson and Jordin Sparks who are some of the winners of this singing competition. And my all-time favorites, Thia Megia and Jessica Sanchez, opts me to watch the show until now.

Part of the competition is the elimination. It is so sad to see good singers been eliminated. It is so sad seeing them exiting from the stage and go to their individual homes with "nothing" but trying to find themselves again.

Colton Dixon is a very good singer and I was totally shocked why he has been eliminated and was not being saved by the American Idol judges just like what they did to Jessica Sanchez on the previous competition.

Many people reacted and aired their various views and comments of the show. Does American Idol got into its way to a downfall? I mean, it is oftentimes sad to think that it doesn't point to what is really the best. I understand that part of Colton's admittance is the core of the unwise choose of song which he sings the Lady Gaga's Bad Romance. It is somewhat inappropriate for his style. It was only later does he realize that he made mistake of the choice of his song.

But that again, it is competition. Anything can happen. It is part of the show and there is nothing that people can do about but to just pause for realizations afterwards. That is the real world of entertainment, I think.

When a Teacher trade for a Talent Show

I love my Health Education teacher, but that is for just the first time. Now, I am quite a bit "don't like" her because of the ways that she lets us do the consequence for getting the "lowest" score in the class.

I am a first time student in a University now. First time calls for more adjustments from my teachers, from the people around, from the system of the school and of course, from the subject that I take up.

I love the subject, Health Education but not the teacher. She is trading our lowest grades into a talent show for us to pass. How ridiculous! That, I can't learn. Trading my lowest score for a Talent Show portraying Rihanna, how silly of her! But there again, even though I voice out, she will not listen to me, but instead, I will be forced to perform in front of my class and for sure, laughters and probably boos are everywhere. I hate the way she did it to us. I thought she is my favorite teacher, but now, I come to hate her.

Now, I will just go to school and attend her class as if for the sake of compliance that I need to pass and have grade for the subject.

She should not do that. I hate her of being like that. She should have given us something to work on, like paper works in connection to our lesson or she could have make us discuss in the class on the topics of the next chapter, those kinds of assignments for us to do is worth educative and informative, rather than letting us perform and be teased by everyone in the class. I really hate her for doing that to us.

I don't  know why she demands to perform us something like that in school, in front of my classmates. I am a person with feelings and of course, I am hurt. It is just I don't have any choice but to do what she wants us to do, singing like Rihanna.

I hope that next time when teachers want to trade something for a "messed" activities, it should be that they should give an activity that is worth knowing, worth studying and worth informing. The only problem in this is that when the students perform less in class again, that talent show will proceed until the class will end on May.

I think the teacher is just wasting her time or probably, she doesn't have something to say, that is why, she is like killing the time and do her silly thing. It is so irritating! It is a ridiculous shame on her! 

Going to school (second courser)

It is such a "quite" risking life to go back to school even though I am already professional. Taking another course, Bachelor of Science in Nursing is indeed a sacrifice. My first course is Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education is not a waste, definitely not.

Some people are asking me why on Earth I gave up being a teacher and I proceed in Nursing. From a teacher to be a student in Nursing, I know they have bunch of questions in mind. 

I was in questioning though now that I really have to go to school for the pursuit to continue my journey which I want to do - saving lives and taking care of the needy. That is why, I proceed in nursing. 

I feel somewhat regretful for giving up something which I do also love, teaching, but taking this another step of my schooling years as nursing student is also a dream come true. 

For some reasons, I go back to school because I like to land a good job and a better opportunity that could help others and sustain my family. 

Why you should need to go to school.

It is for good reason that everyone seek to find education as their goal in life, to finish schooling and live with what they learn by not stop learning.

I tell you that when you go to school, there is this kind of "self-satisfaction" feeling that boosts you not to be left out in the midst of poverty or inappropriateness. You will be able to find happiness that is unexplainable for the contribution that you make not just for yourself but for others as well. Educating oneself is a life-changing-for-good formation. You will not be discriminated nor forsaken if you did not know things because you are filled with knowledge and wisdom that lifts you to the most high of your life.

Education, as what they say, is the solution to poverty. And poverty is not a hindrance to success. But in order to attain the ultimate success in life, one must confine himself, educating in going to school, listening to the teachers, doing the assignments and projects on time and reading ahead of each lesson taken.

Who says that it is so hard to educate oneself? I think it is not hard to be in school. The only way is hard work, perseverance, trust in oneself, pray to God for guidance and most of all study even harder, to the limitless times and of course, this is how I learn, read, read and even read a lot of books. Good habits in reading really benefits you to love school and its ways.

Now, I have been finished with the first course in Education but I never stop schooling. I am taking Nursing as my second course. I would like to extend my knowledge more on things that I do also love, taking care of the sick and the dying. That is why, I never stop learning. I never stop schooling while working as well.

A stagnant mind is a paralyzed mind. When the dreams and aspirations are not moving, then there is no assurance that one will fully succeed. Education is lifetime and for one to set that goal to nourish oneself with the right armor, it all starts and will always be in education.

There are ways in order to attain the best education out from having no enough money to send in school. You may be a working student. You may take an extra added work to fully support your schooling or you may take the scholarship test for you to be in school.

Schooling is never impossible. It is just your way of making your dreams come true and helping yourself land a good job after schooling. To be in school is to fully excel in everything. It is not static. You should not be stagnant. Learn your way how to reach your dreams because you can do it. Persons are we are not bordered with limits. We can do all things possible learning and be in school.

I love Adele's I Can't Make You Love Me

There is something in this song that I can't get out with. I just love Adele. I love all her songs in her album "21". She is an amazing singer. This song reminds me of my bittersweet past that I am happily letting go. And I am happy right now. But there are moments of pauses in my life that I can recall thinking about my past. Indeed, no one can force a person to love someone if the other one doesn't like. I can't love the person I love before for the fact that we are totally over. I am forgetting him and I am happy right now. I just love this song. I have been playing it over and over again.

When everything is shattered

I don't know where to start. I don't know if there is something good that's store for me. I should have not stop working for me to further fulfill my dreams and for me to sustain the needs of my sisters. I am growing now and it seems that age is the portals that hinders one to fully exceed from working. I hope that there is a good spirit that will accept me because I feel that all my dreams are shattered because you told me to quit wihtout even noticing what is it for me if I lose everything, my work.

You should not have promised me. You should not have told me that you will fully sustain me where in fact, you can't. It is so hard to think that you are like that but nevertheless, I will do my best to fully apply another chance and I hope that the Lord will ever help me. I want to work and to fully extend my wings to fly and soar high, bringing my dreams with me for my sisters. I am more happy to see and live in a simple life than to divergely dwell in the arms of the unknown, materialistic world.

I just pray that I can be able to work and find a job that calls for lifetime. I hope that I can be able to go back to work. I know the Lord will really help me. It is His will and I know that He will fix this.

Depression: How to get away with it.

All of us have experienced or are experiencing the tough spots where we almost give up. Without the feeling of growth, more of us will suffer from chronic or even malignant depression.

A depressed person is a characteristic of a paralyzed mind. He is not thinking on how to cope in dealing with the situations or the feelings. He is statically taking things in unmoved manner. When one is in depression, he surely loses his balance in his life for he lets to magnify and be ignite with his problems. Now, this is indeed a deep depression.

Life is the way we make it. I believe that how one maneuvers to drive his life, if he leads it to goodness or to bad actions, then he pays the price for the thing he chooses. But we are endowed with all the goodness in our hearts and minds. We plan to taste the sweetness of life. You can choose to be happy and be contented. Also, you can allow sadness and despair to rule your emotions.

The best way is of course, to choose the better and the best in life. That is why, it is all in the state of mind. Depression is just in the state of mind if you let it in. If you want nothing will happen in your life, then you deserve the infliction of depression. And worst, it will really ruin everything in you, your morale, your personality, your dreams and even your spirit. Thus, before anything bad that will happen to you, be your strength and let the love of God dwell in you.

Some people lose hope if their spiritual growth is stagnant. It is the message of God that will lift you higher and when you are full in spirit, depression will not havoc your life even in a single instance. The best way too, is to change the way you think. Don’t be a pessimist. Be an optimist. Problems are there always and there is no way that it will stop harming you or challenging you. All you need to do is make certain of your decisions. Think deeper and believe in yourself that you can do it.

How lucky depression is when you let it in your life. Would you just allow yourself for depression to ruin you? Life is beautiful. Think about it.

A story to reflect on: About Heaven and Hell

I have read this story which authored from an anonymous person. As I gone through reading the story, I have realized that it speaks more on the atmosphere of what Heaven and hell like. I am sure that this story is something to reflect on. Here is the full copy of the story.

Face to Face with Heaven and Hell

The old priest, who was dying, said a prayer that his soul may rest in peace. He was troubled about Heaven and Hell. What were they like? God knows he had spent a lifetime preaching about them. Now, at age 84, he wasn’t sure.

Dimly he saw two figures at the foot of his bed. He recognized them. The tall muscular one was Moses, and the other was Peter the fisherman. When they called to the priest, he got up and followed, walking through the wall of his bedroom. Silently they led him through the galaxies of the night sky. In a far-off place they stopped before a big house.

“The kingdom of God is made of many mansions,” Peter explained. “So too is Hell. Step inside. We shall show you the first room of Satan’s palace.”

As the priest walked in, his ears were assaulted by a babble of complaints. Many people were seated at a large table. In the center, there was a big pot of the priest’s favorite dish, beef stew. Although everyone in Hell had a spoon and could reach the pot, the people were starving. The spoon handles that were attached to their hands were twice as long as their arms. They could catch the stew but they couldn’t bring it to their lips. The cries of the starving were so loud that the priest begged to be taken away.

Peter and Moses took him to another mansion in a faraway place. Moses invited the priest to step inside the outer room of Paradise. There the priest saw a similar large table surrounded by many people. In the center was a huge pot of beef stew. The spoon handles were too long for human arms, but there were no cries of complaint. No one was starving. All the people were feeding each other.

Projecting through with your Voice (Public Speaking)

Your voice is the index of your personality. It reveals to the world the kind of person you are.

The term that refer to the mechanics of voice production are essentially important for you to know. Your voice is your important tool of communication. Without it, you can’t speak; with it, you can express your thoughts, your feelings, your desires, your problems in hundreds of different ways. You can shout, murmur, or whisper; you can grumble, plead, coo, rant, wheedle, exult, complain, laugh, or growl. Why not become acquainted now with this amazing instrument, your voice, which you will use all your life, and with some of the technical terms that apply to it?

A good voice has a pure tone. A voice may not be rich or melodious but it can be pleasing if it’s pure. The impure of voice is shrill, hard and harsh arising from constriction in the throat and neck.

In order to have a good voice, allow your diaphragm to supply the power for the voice. Constricting the muscles of the neck and throat causes the shrill, harsh or hard voice. Speaking without force or power produces dull, weak and inarticulate speech.

You should keep your throat open and you should loosen the jaw. The sound will come out clearly and distinctly. A good voice is strong, it comes from the power ensuring from the whole abdominal region.

A good voice gives out a normal pitch that is adapted to your particular voice mechanism. Employing a too high pitch level results in a piping and thin voice. The rough and growling voice results from using a low pitch level.

You can discover your normal pitch by stopping your ears with your finger, then humming rather, loudly up and down the scale. As you go along the way, you discover a pitch level at which the sound is louder and fuller than any other level. This is your normal pitch.

A good voice is flexible. It means the readiness of the muscles of the throat, face, jaw and lips to respond. Lack of flexibility in the voice results in the nasal twang, thinness of voice, monotone voice and poor articulation.

Flexibility of voice gives color, warmth and meaning to your voice. Be sure to boost the voice in you when you deliver speeches. It is the only way you will surely win.

The Infinitives

In learning English, it needs mastery of the subject matter. If you want to learn English well, you need to learn the basic things because that will serve as your tool to proceed to the next level of English lessons.

Learning the basic is like learning the proper thing to do in order to create an effective written composition.  Just like learning the Infinitives. This is just so simple to learn but you need to clearly follow the basic of this thing.

The formula is just the use the preposition “to” + the base form of the verb. Examples are: to serve, to read, to listen, to write, to sing, etc.

You should not forget to pair the preposition “to” with only the base form of the verb. Don’t pair “to” with past or past participle of the verb. That is not the right words to be.

Say:

1. We could not prevail upon her to come along.

2. Susan wants us to be on our own.

3. Learning to organize my household has been training for me.

4. Your ability to run your household is admirable.

5. A short nap gives me renewed strength to last the rest of the day.

6. I love to watch them.

*Remember it is a verbal that functions in the sentence as a noun equivalent, as an adjective and an adverb.

Examples:

I should like to borrow a book. (To borrow is an infinitive that functions as direct object to the verb “like”.)

I should like to borrow a book to take home. (To take home answers the question - What kind of book should you like to borrow? (a book to take home)

We want to have you here. (To have functions as direct object.)

We want to have you here to know you better. (To know functions as an adverb. It answers the question why.)

He worked hard to win. (To win answers the question functions as an adverb.)

Using Infinitives in Different Patterns

1. S + V + infinitive (used as noun equivalent)

We decide to go.

We decide not to go.

She doesn’t care to see you.

The committee endeavors to finish the project on time.

Don’t forget to call up.

Our parents hope to see us succeed.

I am fact learning to adjust myself.

We didn’t mean to leave you behind.

He is planning to continue his studies abroad.

2. S + V + noun/pronoun + infinitive

Our parents advised us to be careful.

Division of Labor: The Need of Each Other

Who is responsible for each family function? The mother alone, both the mother and the father only, only the eldest son or daughter, consider grandma and grandpa or all of the family members?

These questions are oftentimes starring at all times. They are a fad to all demands especially when one person is just the sole member in the family or two who is the only concern of the works or chores at home, in the offices, in school or in the community.

For me, division of labor is the kind of equal distribution of responsibilities in helping each other to do the job and that not only one person performs a specific task but all should help for the accomplishment and success of a work or goal. It is a must for all but it is the most depleting words at this time, I guess. Its worth has been taken for granted, leaving the soloist to perform all the jobs for the rest of his life.

Now, here goes the bad interest. It is like leaving all the work undone. Many things that need to be fixed, but there you go, you are the certified soloist. Doing all the task at home, in the offices, or anywhere you may be that requires works, it is not proper for others to leave you behind, facing all those mess and keeping them in order. Of course, your body will retire. Your body is not a piece of a joke. You need persons, people and even the community to help each other makes things easier, fast and healthier.

For many, division of labor is void. What one thinks he will do is just the kind of task that he will perform. “Doesn’t care” is not rampant in this kind of system. There is a way of telling everyone that you can do it.

Helping each other needs cooperation. It needs many hands and feet to finish the multiple tasks everyday of our lives. Eventhough the reliance of the workers to do the task for us is available anytime, but still we need each other to share and hand-in-hand work things out. This is what we call division of labor. The distribution of assigned task is well-managed and monitored. There are what we call as communication and cooperation. Communication in a way that the people who do the work need to collaborate with each other for them to know what are their task and how they finish to accomplish the said tasks. Cooperation, they have the value of extending hands with each other, not minding which one should do this but the spirit of common sense and give and take should dominately spread the working atmosphere.

If all the people in accomplishing plans and tasks do the division of labor, then there is harmonious living and there will be no pointing out of who’s who to do the thing or who will be responsible for this or that.

The need of each other is important at all times.

The Past Form of Verbs

Learning English is fun. It is so easy to learn English. But first, you have to harness learning the basics in order for you to fully enjoy the fullness of learning the language.

You need to master the concepts of it because no matter how many generations will pass by, it is still the kind of rules, the kind of techniques and the procedures that you will follow. There is no alteration. The basics in English are constant. Just like the Past Form of Irregular Verbs, they are basic in English.

There are two forms of the past tense. We have the:

1. Regular Verbs. They are formed simply by adding –d or –ed to the simple verb.

Examples: received (You add –d to the simple verb, receive.), solved (You add –d to the simple verb, solve.), passed (You add –ed to the simple verb, pass.)

2. Irregular Verbs. They are formed simply by changing the spelling of the verb. That is why, it is called irregular because they are not regularly formed in a way that you have to change their spelling in order for you to attain the past forms of the verbs.

Examples: (In the first example, the past form of the verb am is was and so, was is called the irregular verb. The spelling has been changed based from its simple form.)

*There are also few forms of irregular past tense that does not alter their spelling based on the simple form of the verb. These words are:

beat – beat

burst – burst

Always remember that the use of the past tense indicates an action that is happening in the past. Be sure to remember that past actions are those things that are happening yesterday, last month, last week, this morning, long time ago, a year ago and the like. That is why, when you are writing a sentence or when you write compositions that you are referring to the past times, then use the past tense, regular and irregular forms.

Example: Yesterday or just this past hour, you are doing the household chores that your mother tasked you to do. You will write in your sentence.

I washed the dishes yesterday. Or plainly write: I washed the dishes.

I cooked food for my sisters yesterday. Or I cooked food for my sisters.

Learning to write the use tense of verb signals what time you perform or what specific time you do the things or when did it happen. Never confuse yourself when you write actions in the past, always use the past tense of the verb.

Dear Diary

Writing is my life. And for years, I never kept my hands park. I write, write and even write more.

I find the efficacy of writing a diary an invigorating life as it helps me express what I feel everytime I learn, reflect and even if I would like someone to know is what is on my mind that I can’t be able to tell him. I write everything I want to say in my diary. My thoughts are widely open, without hesitation to really reveal all the things that I really wanted to say. I find my diary as my friend, my joy for life.

Because of having a diary, I am able to unlock the real me. In person, I am totally silent and observant on things. It is only in my diary that I can outburst my emotions. I can tell what I feel if I dislike someone or not, happy or sad, active or passive, excited or behaved. My diary is a sort of my release, an outlet of the real feelings that I have felt. It paves to let go all the hurts, pains, worries, angers, confusions away from the heavy me.
